Thank you for your interest in applying for a Washington State PTA student award and/or contest. 

This is the application for the Washington State PTA Scholarship and the Washington State PTA Essay Contest. Eligible students may apply to either or both of these programs (i.e. a high school senior may apply for both the scholarship and the essay contest), but a student may only submit one application per program (e.g. you may only submit one essay for the contest).

To be eligible to apply, a student must attend a school with a current active PTA/PTSA. Students at schools with PTOs or booster groups not affiliated with PTA are ineligible.
